How can I create DB from backup in created in compatibility parameter = 19.10.0?

Hello everyone,

Since we upgraded our databases from 11.2.0.4 to 19c and setting of the compatibility parameter to 19.10.0 in ODA version 19.10, we cannot use RMAN to create a database from a backup because:

RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 02/13/2023 14:18:19

RMAN-05501: aborting duplication of target database

RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script Memory Script

ORA-19690: backup piece release 19.10.0.0.0 incompatible with Oracle release 19.0.0.0.0

What can we do to fix this problem?
