Recovery Manager Failed to Restore Datafiles - Using DBCA To Create Database 12.1.0.2.0 on Grid Infrastructure / ASM 19.3

i have apply a fix for Bug:21626377 relevant to myversion and platform,and set one diskgroup compatible.asm  =12.1.0.2

while creating a database using Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) the following error is encountered: "Recovery Manager Failed to Restore Datafiles"
