Regd Patch 34761383 DB Client 19c Upgrade for FMW 12.2.1.4.0

Hi Dears,

My servers running with OHS collocated but didn't see any DB client running in our OHS servers. I have installed below patches and confusing with DB Client related patches (Patch 34965223 & 34761383) in OHS servers.

Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.4: WebLogic Server

Oracle HTTP Server 12.2.1.4: FMW Infrastructure

Is it really require to install 'Patch 34761383 DB Client 19c Upgrade for FMW 12.2.1.4.0' for OHS even though NO DB client running in servers ?

Please clarify. Thanks.
