Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

creating patch file environment

Hi All

I installed Oracle EBS 12.2.0 and currently applying RUP Delta 14 for AD and TXK before upgrading to 12.2.12, I noticed I do not have environment files in fs2. How do I create them before running autoconfig?

I am still catching up with EBS things so bear with me and give details please.

Appreciate your help.
