ISG Rest Web Service Alias already used by another service

The scenario is as follows:

A rest web service existed in the Integrated SOA Gateway in EBS.

The sql "clean" script (DeleteFromIRep.pls) was run for the RESTSERVICEDOC and the PLSQL class types.

The web service was NOT undeployed from the front end ISG before the back end sql clean script was run (we have done this in the past successfully by undeploying the web service and removing the grants before running the sql clean script).

Now, when we try to re-deploy, we get the error message that "Alias RestServiceName already used by another service"

And now when we try to undeploy from the front end, it does not remove the directories from the folder that the data is in under /orafin/r12.2/fs_ne/inst/******/soa/PLSQL
