Notification when changing bank info for a supplier or client, master data

Hello,

Is there any configuration or approval process, when a user change the bank info of a supplier or a customer, I know there is a security can setup for this purpose, the only a person autorised can do the change. For fraud purpose, is there a basic notification or approval process can be sent to other user/manager when master data is changed.
