Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. There are employees who did not finish Objective setting however their scorecard status is published.

Most of these employees were employed after the objective setting task.

When plan was re-published to start mid-year appraisal.

These employees populated as members of the plan and scorecard says Published.

Business requested a report that will show Contracting status but the Plan monitor only shows published.

Why is not showing With Manager?
