Hw to upgrade 11.2.0.4 db to 19.3 on same server using expdp/impdp ?

Hi,

My requirement is to upgrade 11.2.0.4 production db to 19.3 using expdp/impdp and 19c database should be with UNICODE and character set AL32UTF8.

And this needs to be done on same server only and customer wants same SID, service name for the 19c database as 11g has.

Firstly export of metadata will takes place then export of content of 11g db. After confirmation from client will import metadata in 19c and then import content in 19c database.

OS is SLES suse linux 12 SP5.


Do we have any document which we can follow. What things need to do before starting this.
