E1: Min Gross Margin not working in Sales Commission ( Tool Release 9.2.7.2)

Hi,

We are using E1 9.2.7.2

Issue: Commission gets calculated even though order gross margin does not meetup defined Minimum gross margin

Setup: Defined commission to be calculated only if the minimum gross margin is 1000

Order gross margin is 288.92, so commission should not be applied but commission is calculated for the respective sales person,
