Delivered Mileage Functionality

My organization is currently on Image 41 with PeopleTools Release 8.59.04. In our travel and expenses module, we have a customization applied for users who are traveling from one city to another (Point-to-Point mileage) and users traveling within one city (Vicinity mileage). My organization did not apply the GPS Mileage calculator that was delivered on Image 32, due to its limitations(we have State Parks and rural locations that need to be covered).
