OL VM how to import ISO via cli or from kvm host local disk

Hi,

I have deployed OL VM ( 4.4.10 ) cluster with two KVM hosts, but I have limited network accessibility. So I can't import ISO from gui on Virtualization Manager ( there is some communication on high ports that is not allowed in my case ). But I can copy files to KVM hosts. So is there some way to import ISO images to Virtualization Manager from KVM host from cli?
