Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What is the purpose of the Who's Who Line ID field? (F0111.WWIDLN)

I am seeing it used in a report and the criteria is set to = '0'.

Does this indicate it is the original entry in the address book?
