Endeca iProcurement Full Load graph failing constantly even after running Metadata program

Dear All,

We are on R12.1.3 and 19c database.

Recently we noticed that our Endeca iProcurement Full Load graph failing constantly even after running Metadata program for iProcurement. Metadata is completing successfully. As a result Endeca is not working. It is not showing any data.

One of the log file shows:
