403 Forbidden upon external call transfer

Good day,

Trust you are well

Hope you can assist me please. We are getting a 403 Forbidden when trying to transfer an external call from Skype for Business to Broadsoft and vice versa. Initial call is established, issue only occurs when transferred. Both of the above (Sfb and Broadsoft) are configured as session agents on the SBC. Please advise on troubleshooting steps for this problem.
