Can anyone suggest me best practices followed to P6 professional Client Patch upgrade in citrix env.

Hi Oracle Practitioners, I need to action on the quarterly Patch set upgrade for the P6 Professional Client on the CITRIX environments. Can any one suggest me the best practice that are followed on the upgrade activity considering mainly the P6 desktop client is installed on the CITRIX environment.
