Best Practice for purging applicant records in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager
We are in the process of defining a procedure for purging applicant records in PS Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager. Doing some research, I have found information on How to purge/delete applicant IDs using the Data Archive Manager tool - which seems to easy.
I wanted to see if anyone could advise what the best practice is to purge applicant records in PeopleSoft - other than the Data Archive Manager.
