ACA plan_start_month is set to 0 instead of 1 when it's coming from the Data merge process

Whoever is working to produce 1095-C form for Affordable Care Act (ACA), when you use the Data Merge process, are you getting ACA_plan_start_month = 0 instead of 1 on ACA_EMPLOYEE table ? It wasn't like that for processing year 2021 but now getting that issue for 2022 for any employee process from the merge.

Our employees coming from the merge process have Health coverage like any employees from initial ACA process but now, I need to update each of them to ACA_plan_start_month = 1 manually.

Our technical Team told me there was a change on this field from PUM43-44 but wonder if the change has a bug ? I see something related on the Oracle site (
