Anyone using Wellness Credit to directly reduce a medical premium?

Hello. We have created a Wellness Credit (plan type A2) and have been able to generate the credit in Additional Pay. Instead of paying the credit, we would like to reduce the medical premium rate to the employee and increase the employer contribution by that same rate. Has anyone been able to configure wellness credits in this way?

We are using PeopleSoft Benefits Administration in 9.2.
