How to disable a particular screen/tab in RPM UI?

Hi There,

Is there a simple way like updating the 'System options' settings to disable a particular task-screen or tab in RPM UI (version 14.1.3) for e.g. to Disable the 'Promotions' task-screen and all the 4 tabs under it (Create Promotion, Create Component, Maintain Promotion, Maintain Component)?

How do we achieve this requirement?
