Is it possible to use only one (1) exchange rate when generating a TB in another currency

Hi,

I have a Reporting Ledger in USD. My primary currency is PHP.

My calendar is Apr-March.

By April 2023, Finance wants a USD Trial Balance in USD currency.

But also requires that for Balance Sheet and Profit / Loss accounts, only one (1) exchange rate will be used when generating the USD TB by April 2023.

Is it possible to use only 1 rate?

Any possible way to handle this requirement?
