0 credit course is not fulfilling a pre-requiste

Hi,

we have a course with 3 credits that have a per-requisites course with 0 credits and grading Basis pass/not pass.

Although the student complete the course with 0 credit and got a P, whenever he try to register the main course with 3 credits the system is giving an error that the pre-requisite is not met.

Is the issue because the course is 0 credit? i have checked the enrollment requirement group and conditions and all are okay. Any idea about this?
