Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create invoice against finally closed PO

There is a PO that is finally closed and the receipt is created against this PO.

When I was trying to create an invoice with a matching PO or Receipt, it doesn't allow it.

Due to this account, Inventory AP Accrual is unable to tally.

How to resolve this issue or Is there any other way to do this?
