EMCC Central Agent vs. Target Agent

I find differences in the Agent_Home paths between the Central Agent on the OMS Host when I compare it with a Agent_Home on one of the Target_Host systems. If I decommission the Agent on the OMS Host, and then redeploy, the Central Agent is not restored with the same files as were previously existing. How can I install a fresh central agent?
