Open button is greyed out in PO summary form

Hi Everyone,

After writing the PO number in PO summary form and finding the PO. The open button is greyed out. Is their any solution to open the PO. The control option in tools also doesn't have that open and only have close and open for invoice. Thanks for giving me the solution if you have one.
