What would be a normal speed of scheduling in OPC?

We have ran time schedules with 7-10.000 activities and at some stages in the planning process we needed to calculate the schedule frequently (f9), which in P6 normally takes 10 to max. 20 seconds.

In OPC, however, it takes 40 to 120 seconds.

Have any of you gained similar experience, i.e., should we consider this to be the normal speed we can expect or do you agree that this is too slow?

We have done a network test showing 446 Mbps download and 348 Mbps upload speed.
