How to check if Advanced Compression is enabled in Oracle 19c

We are trying to find if Advanced Compression is enabled in Oracle 19c and disable it if it is enabled.

In V$OPTION it shows below values:

PARAMETER VALUE CON_ID

Advanced Compression TRUE 0

Does it mean it is enable?

DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS view doesn't show any feature with the name ADVANCED COMPRESSION.
