Oracle Sourcing - Create Negotiation Amendment

After the Version upgrade from 12.1.3.9 to 12.2.11 for Oracle Sourcing we are facing issue with - Create Negotiation Amendment

While we Create Negotiation Amendment with multiple Amendment we are facing Data discrepancy like after 3 Amendment, few of the Suppliers are getting Deleted or having issues with Items included in the Negotiation.
