Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We hv siebel version 8 in rhel 5.11 wth db 11g. w e want to upgrade it to ip16

We are planning to do the below task.

1 .RHEL inux upgrade to 7

2 .db upgrade to 12.2

3.Siebel app upgarde to 16

4.siebel db upgarde upgrep irm upgphys

5 bring up siebel server

IS this correct approach considering minimal downtime in production
