Official working versions for BIP desktop and MS word when using JDE tools 9.2.5.5

After reading document ID 2198754.1 I am still not 100% sure what versions of BIP desktop and Microsoft word that I should be using for JDE tools 9.2.5.5

The notes can be very contradictory in that document. I am using Word 365 with BIP desktop 12.2.1.4 but the RTF files that I am creating will not upload into JDE. I keep getting the message "The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator."

I am suspicious if it is a version conflict with one of the tools.
