ORACLE DataBase Server Change License Question

hi guys.

first... my system database is ORACLE 12cR2 EE version.

I tried to find this but can't find it.

i have processor license (cpu 8 core). Server is aging and needs replacement

so, If you leave the CPU as it is and replace only the server, Should I buy a new Oracle license?

If you already have a license for the number of cpu cores, don't you need to purchase a new one? (Aren't servers and processor licenses independent?)

i need official oracle documentation. (link please....)
