Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. the problem occurs when I validate the invoice and an error message appears like the following. Please help.

APP-SQLAP-97634: The invoice XXXXXXX has an accounting hold and is panding cancellation so you can no longer submit it for validation. to have the system automatically validate the invoice and complete cencelation.
