I am facing an issue while cloning on running perl adcfgclone.pl dbTier command on test instance with error 0% completed RC-00110: Fatal:Error occurred while relinking of ApplydbtechStack

Error: Failed to execute /opt/oracle/PROD/12.0.1/appsutil/clone/bin/adclone.pl

Please help on above mentioned error.
