What is the URL value for Journal Entries (needed for Workflow Builder attribute type URL)?

I would like to modify the GL journal approval workflow notification to show the journal details. We are on EBS 12.2.10 and Oracle Workflow Builder 2.6.3.5. I am looking at the Journal Batch (GLBATCH) workflow. I see there is a journal line detail attribute which I can use in the notification message as type URL. The problem is I do not know what the value should be in order for my user to be able to see the journal line details.

In Payables we view addtional invoice details in workflow notifications using the following as the attribute URL value JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/ap/invoice/request/negotiation/webui/NotifPGRN&INVOICEID=-&INVOICE_ID-
