Add a Prompt Filter in Query Manager

Hello,

Is there a way to add a user input prompt that filters for a specific set of values? For example, if someone were to go to a query and enter specific values for Business Unit, they can checkbox the specific values rather than pull a range or every Business Unit. In this scenario the the user doesn't have access Query Manager to edit the query to checkbox the specific values in a list. They only have access to Query Viewer.
