Adding custom Drop Zones to Fluid Job Data - multiple records

We are trying to add our custom pages in classic Job Data to Fluid Job Data and I am running into issues where we have more then one record on a page. I have attached the current page order information from App Designer and what the page looks like in PIA.

I can get part of the page to save when I make changes or add new rows, but I cannot get the grid to save when changes are made in PIA, the changes just disappear. Has anyone had any luck with this? We have one record where the keys are the same as Job Data and the second record only has EmplID and Empl_Rcd as the keys. These work fine in classic but not in fluid.
