How to convert physical LUN to ASM?

Hi.. i have staging environment not configured with ASM while production uses ASM. So i need to match the environment.

What's the easiest way? Create new LUN and map it to ASM or convert current LUN to ASM?

I have 2 LUN contains 2 db that needs to be converted.

/dev/mapper/vg01-vol_qmesods 2.0T  73G 2.0T  4% /qmesods

/dev/mapper/vg02-vol_qmestxn 2.0T 1.3T 791G 62% /qmestxn
