User is getting error "Lot number can not be generated as item is being modified in other session" ?

Hi,

User is getting "Lot number can not be generated as item is being modified in other session" while clicking on Generate LOT during posting the stocks.

DB says there is no lock in the form/session and item.

What could be the issue ?
