Update PO and Approve using Java API

Hello,

I am using Java API to update PO attributes (Document 2192891.1 (oracle.com))

Is it possible to Approve PO a PO after updating?

I tried, it is not changing the status to APPROVED

header.setAuthorizationStatus("APPROVED");

header.setApprovedFlag("Y");

Appreciate any insight or help.
