Anyone using PeopleSoft Time & Labor without Payroll?

If anyone is using PS Time & Labor standalone (without Payroll) in your organization, I would like to discuss your implementation and how you are handling the GL Interface for the related payroll entries.

We are using Time & Labor to create the payable time, which we are sending to another agency that runs the payroll. We are getting a file back from the other agency and loading earnings and deductions, etc. into PS, then running through the payroll processes in order to create some accounting entries (fully custom process that gets labor charges from payable time and other earnings and deductions from the data loaded into PeopleSoft tables from the third party) . Other than for the purpose of creating accounting entries, we do not actually use any of the payroll data that
