E1 9.2.7.1 ActivConsole crashes when a new user logs in

Hello,

We recently upgraded to E1 9.2/9.2.7.1 tools from 9.1/9.2.4.4 using the OneClick+Simplified Upgrade process. We see that anytime a user logs in to a Fat client for the first time, activconsole crashes right after entering the credentials. The only workaround we have found so far is that the user needs to have logged into a JAS instance at least once before trying to log in to a fat client.


Any ideas why this is happening?
