How to change "Capital Budgets" to "Approved Cost Budgets" in Oracle Project Costing (EBS)

Hi,

We have wrongly created "Capital Budgets" instead of "Approved Cost Budgets" in Oracle Project Costing (EBS) module. Is there any script/API available to change Capital Budgets to Approved Cost Budgets and any impact of this change?
