A/R Integrity doesn't list a batch that looks like an error

All,

I have a batch number in the F03B14 that does not exist in the F0911. The posting flag is at a 'P', not 'D'. When I run the R890911BI this batch does not show up on the report. There is a batch header record in the F0011.

Any ideas?
