Executing ad hoc PL/SQL statement in SQL Workshop returns 403 forbidden error

Hi,

My ORDS standalone server is behind an Application LB and connecting to APEX database . The APEX/ORDS/ALB stack is working fine . I am able to log into my workspace and do all development work except executing ad hoc SQL statement (such as create table ...). The error is "403 forbidden".

I have tried setting different ORDS pool parameters to no avail. Could anyone shed some light?
