Transaction Type Oracle Business Network -OBN

Since Sept 2022 Transaction Types can not be added In Oracle Business Network, they are only provided by business process flow. In Procure to Pay for receiving transactions there is no catalog. How does one now add the Transaction Type Catalog for document Type Auto_catalog? We are trying to setup Punch outs for iProcurement in EBS 12.2.10
