Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. and when I search by item code a00003 not data found because I have to search by A00003 as created in EBS 12.2.7

How to search by capital or small letter ?
