Siebel Services are not starting up which are in Automatic

Hi,

We have 2 Siebel servers where we are running Siebel Services in Automatic mode in windows services. But in second server, the siebel services are not starting once we took the server bounce. Ideally it should start automatically as the service set to Automatic mode.

But when we went and start the services manually, they are starting and working fine. Please let us know what could be the issue and how to fix it.
