Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. 1-RAC 1 Instance Goes down on reboot always - shows OFFLINE

Hi,

Oracle 10g 1-RAC (2 Nodes) running on Linux.

1-RAC 1 Instance does down on reboot always.

It can be any 1, DB1 or DB2.

./crs_stat -v -t

ora....B2.inst application 0/5 0/0 ONLINE OFFLINE

All files listener.ora tnsnames.ora everything is Perfect.

Kindly help to figure out the root cause of the issue.
