Regarding hardware support query

could you please provide me some information

I want to know how long is our hardware support with oracle if our hardware is in support then till what level you guys will provide us service please provide me information.


If there is a part replacement in hardware support, will you arrange for that part and arrange for an engineer to replace the part?

below hardware serial no details are there .
