Enrollment Transfer is visible upon demoting employee

Enrollment Transfer is visible in PTO Accrual Plan Balance upon demoting an employee. As per configuration, if an employee is enrolled in a PTO Vested Plan and gets demoted, the PTO balance must be paid out. Thus, the accrual type ('Final Disbursement') should only be displayed on the plan details. But the accrual type ('Enrollment Transfer') is showing in the plan details, and no balance has been transferred to any absence plan. 

It should only show 'Final Disbursement'. Is there a way to remove the 'Enrollment Transfer'?
