MS Office Excel web and desktop for Mac cannot connect to catalog

Hi,


I have uploaded the smart view addin via Microsoft Admin -> Integrated Apps. I have assigned it to myself and a couple of others. When I attempt to access it via the desktop app, it says cannot connect to the catalog. Microsoft took the ability to sideload it within the excel app as well.


I can confirm it is a )365 licensing for the user account. I have not restricted store access for users either. The only way I can get it to load is to sideload via the web which we would like to avoid as much as well.
